I wish i could find the MSDS data on both the BoreTech and the BT-CarbonPro. I would like to know what each of them have in their ingredients.
Here's a link from the Home Depot page. I'm sure Boretech has one available on their site too.

well if this stuff has DMSO in it then I guess gloves are in order to assure other compounds are not being pulled into our body as a side effect of using it. I remember the early days of DMSO and how they were pulling all sorts of stuff into the body, like for joint issues. One needs to keep that in mind, can pull good or bad things in ;-)Here's a link from the Home Depot page. I'm sure Boretech has one available on their site too.
I don't know why I keep reading cleaning threads either....lolOk good catch. I think I won’t jump in the pool just yet.
I always keep extra bottles and tubes of patch-out, accelerator, Iosso and clenz-oil on hand anyway. I really don’t know why I read these cleaner threads anymore anyway.
an excert from the bore tech msds and the wiki toxicity of the chemical in bore tech. Here's a link from the Home Depot page. I'm sure Boretech has one available on their site too.

HD, Wal-mart, target, are getting on the amazon band wagon, you can order all kinds of stuff that they dont have in store but can order online and it ships from whom ever makes it.That’s odd that Home Depot sells this.
YesAnybody ever tried "KREEN"~! It's made by Kano Labs, the same people who make KROIL~!
To this point, a couple times stuff that I ordered off of Amazon was shipped by Walmart.HD, Wal-mart, target, are getting on the amazon band wagon, you can order all kinds of stuff that they dont have in store but can order online and it ships from whom ever makes it.

+1^^^ Thoro clean cleans faster and more completely than anything else I've tried and that is a long list....... just follow their directions. JME. WDI've found this one works very well, YMMV of course.

I have seen this video and through my bore scope I see zero evidence of etching. Not that it doesn't but I haven't noticed it. CLR works very fast so it's in the bore maybe a minute or two at the most before I flush the bore with alcohol. On paper at 200 yards, CLR shows no damage to my rifles bores.
