Best barrel maker/rifling for 20 Practical?

Building a 20 Practical on a Savage Target action. Would like a 26" with 1:11 twist. Who makes barrels in this cal/twist? Which are better than others and why? What are the pros/cons of 3-groove vs other types of rifling? Thanks, Matt.

I am going to order a 223AI when I get tax money. I don't think you will find most any barrel in stock. They said 8 weeks.

http://www.douglasbarrels.net/chamberings/ Douglas was the first to make 20 cal barrels, my 20TAC is a douglas shoots great.

Pac-Nor barrel, 3-Grove, and 11 Twist.

11 Twist will allow you to shoot 32 gr to 40 gr bullets easy. Mine does.

Pac Nor 3 groove`s here too....An 11 and a 12 twist...

Plus one on that. But hay you are not going to gain hardly any velocity on any barrel over 24".

Thanks for the good replies.

I've seen the threads on savageshooter re the Criterion barrels, they look promising.
