Have a buddy who just got a new 20 practical AR upper from white oak. 26" 10 twist. Anyone have this upper and a pet load for it? He is open to 32 or 40 gr pills.

Here is the load I use on PD's in my 24" WOA 20 Practical shot at 100 meters.

I've settled on H4198 for both my bolt action and my AR upper. It has delivered the accuracy I was looking for with both the 32 gr. V-Max and the 39 gr. Blitzking. It works very well with the 40 gr. V-Max out of the bolt action but the AR upper is a little picky when it comes to the heavier V-Max.

Really fast, but hot & dirty? RL-10x
Fast, while stable & accurate? H322 or Benchmark

8208 and 35 grain Bergers work good in my rifle. I kept blowing primers with Reloader 10.

N133 and H335 work well for me.
