You shouldn't need an app for your laptop. I have run mine on Chrome and at least three different generations of Windows without problems or apps. Plug the Teslong in, open the resident camera program (it's the one that controls the camera for 'Zoom' and other programs) that came on the laptop and choose "external camera" (maybe labeled differently depending on laptop brand). Usually a small selection that pops up in the lower left corner of the screen upon opening the program. My teslong worked for a few months on my laptop, using teslongs program.
Now, the video works for a few seconds, then freezes on the image.
Has anyone else had that issue, and fixed it?
Don't know if it's the scope itself, or the program to run it.
Thanks.

Lol! I even offered to give my Lyman away to someone if they just paid shipping and had NO takers! Fortunately the Teslong is very affordable, readily available in many configurations, and produces excellent images. Unfortunately, the Teslong has turned the Lyman and Hawkeye borescopes into paperweights.
