Bore scopes

Love my Teslong. Use it with an iPad and the display is great. Can screenshot certain areas as well if you want to reference later. Glad I didn't spend the money on a Hawkeye.

The current Teslong has low resolution 640x480 so it will never be better than a Hawkeye but if the resolution is improved then it may be another story.

""Teslong has low resolution 640x480 "' that may be true and I just got my Teslong and love it . It will do what I need a bore scope to do .

As luck would have it, The hole is almost centered on the land, Creating a bullet scraper, Had the hole landed in the groove you wouldn't be having that problem.

Teslong has made the "Hawkeye" Obsolete.
Glad you are happy with your Teslong. The Obsolete thought on the Hawkeye really isn't accurate. No plugs, no screens, just meat, and potatoes top-tier optics. I have owned and compared both. I still have the Hawkeye and the Teslong sh## the bed so did the Lyman. Not worth the trouble for me to get them replaced.
If I didn't have the Hawkeye I am sure Teslong would have taken care of replacing it whenever needed......Enjoy

Regards
Rick

Send Teslong an email, they will ask for a copy of the receipt and send you a new one.

They replaced the one I had that was well out of warranty.

I actually did troubleshoot and repair one Teslong borescope and it turned out that
the wiring in the 5 pin connector at the other end of the USB connector had a
bad connection. Not a simple repair as the connector wiring is potted.

I rarely keep receipts, I know that's bad in quite a few ways. If my Teslong went south on me I would simply buy another one. I am however going to buy the straight tube model in the near future.
One other thing, Teslong in no way shape or form can come close to giving you the quality of a Hawkeye, and I never would expect it to.

Found this in one of my barrels , and it still shoots pretty good . I can hit the pencil dot on a target .1669909752021.jpeg
