Lapua brass is the most commonly used among reloaders I know who shoot every week. It lasts ! In my .223 it has lasted for 30 + loadings maybe more and in my .30 Br the same. Both loaded above recommended maximum charge levels.Haven’t reloaded since the 80s rem or win only choice for brass then now many, going to build a 6mm-06 so what brass are members using. thanks for any help or advice

Yes I would go rws or lapua it some work but it's worth it rws makes 270 I think you can use it little less workThe highest quality brass you will find for it is either Lapua or RWS 30-06 cases necked down.
Norma also makes decent brass in 25-06 or 30-06.
