The KIDD trigger job triggers are good. I have two of them. I got two kits and one of the "trigger weight tuning spring kits". I installed them in two different platforms. What it did, was clean up the factory trigger pull to a hair over 2lb, and the second one, 2.5lb (I forget the standard spring weight it came with, like 3lb). Both triggers are good, predictable 1st stage, 2nd stage~~, clean break. There's an adjustable overtravel screw to adjust to your liking.
Last year, I got a KIDD 2-stage drop-in trigger pack, set to 1lb, and that trigger pack, is in a league of its own. This thing is nuts. Now, I'm only accustomed to 2-stage triggers, so, a 8oz 1st stage followed with an 8oz 2nd stage might seem "heavy" to many people here, but this is insane to me. I love it, it can be tuned lower safely, but I don't have the want nor need.
The Volquartsen products, while good, I'm not sure I could buy one. I played with a factory Volquartsen rifle at my local gun-store and what they sell for $273 TG2000) , while VERY good, wasn't, IMO, worth $160 more than what I bought from KIDD (the $105 Trigger Job kit). In no way, did the factory volquartsen trigger pack I handled, even come close to the same ballpark as the KIDD 2-stage and those are within $25. It was better than the KIDD "Trigger Job" kits, but priced like the premium KIDD 2-stage.
edit: I seem to be bagging on Volquartsen. Their TG2000 pack comes with an extended magazine release and the auto-bolt release (slingshot mod). Those two features are included with the KIDD 2-stage pack, but NOT included with the KIDD trigger job. Lets subtract a reasonable $35 from my price comparison to account for the additional features ($10 for a auto-bolt release mod and $25 for an extended mag release mod) just to be more fair, when talking about dollars. My opinion still stands, the Volquartsen part is still "better" than a KIDD trigger Job kit, but for the price difference ($105 + $10 + $25), I'm not convinced its that much better.
I love my Volquartsen parts in my MKII pistols, but KIDD seems to have the edge on the 10/22 parts, IMO
