Do the Berger VLD target bullets have a thiner jackets then the Berger VLD hunting bullets??

Here is the reason I ask-- I shoot a lot of rifle bullets in Encore / Xp size pistols

Would the Target bullets expand a lower velocities @ long range better than the Hunting bullets??

I shot some 155 VLD in my 308 WIN MGM Encore today and got VERY good results

like 2ea.-- 5 shot groups under .400" @ 100--may be the best groups I have ever shot with a handgun
