Thats awesome! Can you share any details on building the action? Also curious why you mounted the scope only on the tube in front of the turrets?

When I made those two pistols I had to stop midway on them because we sold our house and moved 650 miles north. After I got finished building our new house I finally got them finished . I built a few rifles in Kansas And it seems everybody there kinda died off so we moved back to Texas and I'm still finishing up the new house and shop . But while I was in kansas I started on a pair of benchrest pistols and about half way into them we sold our house and I had to pack up everything and move again . Anyway here is the build thread on the two pistols I have in the works.

It will probably be next winter before I get to work on them again I'm going to shoot some ARA matches this summer and benchrest silhouette. in Waco and some ABRA down south. (bucket list stuff).
As for the scope that's a WLM thing having to do with the expansion of the scope in relationship to the mount, one being greater than the other and changing your poi when things get hot.

I was reading about a load one evening in the Handloader Annual so decided to try it in my Sinclair XP-100 in 7 TCU, a hard cast, water dropped, RCBS 145 silhouette mould, LBT Blue with 15 grains of H-4227, with spherical buffer set on top of the powder up 1/2 way on the neck and compressed by seating the bullet. Shoots .25" at 100 meters. It became my International Class Unlimited gun, the shoot off targets at 200 meters for unlimited guns were usually chickens on edge, a 1/2" target. It was a very good cast bullet combination for me.

I find them interesting. I like things that are a little different. Would be cool if the IBS had a pistol class for 600/1000yd. Id build one.
When Pella Iowa was still alive, we had a short lived 1K pistol class.

I had an fancy XP-100 in 6BR at the time, so I had Tim North fast track a 6.5 barrel & I had it chambered with my 6.5-284 reamer. Was fun while it lasted.

Wasn't the Eric Wallace in question the guy from Michigan?

Pretty sure it was, as he shot the pistol class too.

Mighty fine looking setup!
