Great customer service!!

Sent a pocket knife back to them to see if they could replace the blade for me. I had dropped the knife and the tip broke off.

They informed me that they no longer made that model and to go to the website and pick a similar model no charge. The knife was 20+ years old. New knife arrived with the old knife that was also fixed!!

They have my business for as long as I need a high end blade.

Their service is great. I sent one in for a blade sharpening and clip replacement. The handle was caked in fertilizer from using it at work. When I got it back it looked brand new. They cleaned it up better than I thought possible. If it weren’t for a limited edition number stamped in the blade I would have been convinced they sent me a new knife.

I live not far from them and they're amazing in person as well. I've gone in my share of times to have them sharpen a knife. You walk in, hand it over, oogle the assortment of knives in the factory store and less than 10 minutes later you have a razor sharp knife back in your hands. They also do stuff like replace bent clips free of charge. Awesome company and worth every penny I've paid for all my Benchmade's I've bought.

That has Magnacut for the blade steel? Some come with S30V.

I have a Spyderco SS folder that is still razor sharp after 25 years. Benchmades I’ve owned had to be sent in for sharpening too often.

I wear a Benchmade on Sundays, but use a SOG for everyday work at the warehouse. I like both for the way I use them. It's the reason there's chocolate and vanilla ice cream.

Did they find a new blade or just regrind the tip? Sounds like the best customer service ever. I bought one years ago but I use mine for every thing and would end up ruining it or losing it so its a gun cabinet queen. one look at my sod buster JR and you would understand.

They reground the blade. It looks new just 1/8” shorter.

This high end knife thing is a sickness! I have a few Benchmade's. I like the Osborne designs. Contiego and 940 are Benchmade favorites. Most of the time I have a Spyderco In my pocket. Daily carry is a Manix 2 in M-4 Steel.

“Sickness”? You should try ‘handmade’ knives. That’s like the Plague.
