FJIM: Beaver Valley Rifle & Pistol Club, at Brady's Run Park, off Rt 51. 1,2 & 300 yd. benchrest g'hog match first Saturday of the month. Two matches left this season. Lawrence County Sptms. just a few miles South of new Castle. 2,3,4 & 500 yd. benchrest g'hog matches second or third Sunday of the month. McDonald Sptm. 1 & 200 mtr. bullseye for score, Sept.5, Oct 3, Nov 7. Varmint matches out to 500 mtrs. Aug 28, Sept. 25, Oct. 23. We're having our annual 200 yd. BR match for score at the McKeesport Sptms. Club, this Sunday Aug. 22. Another Varmint match at McKeesport, to 300 yds. Sept. 19 & 26, shot from field position or portable shooting bench/table. This week the IBS nationals at weikert pa
August 16th to 21st union county sportmens club. just west lewisburg pa.
You will get an education at that range. Nice people and good food.

Hey i shot in the hog roast shoot in smithfield PA, that range is on its own plant.

FJIM: From what I know, the matches at Smithfield/ Fairchance ( are they the same place?) are no longer being held. Something to do with the close proximity of a nearby highway. That's what I've been told by several who used to shoot there.

Yea same place, its been several years ago i shot there,with one of my ppc rifles and was very disapointed,i was near the bottom of the sheet.
