I am assembling a 6br as we speak. Shilen barrel 26", Savage 12 repeater, SSS trigger and recoil lug, Farrell mount, TPS ring, Nightforce 12x42 br and Bell and Carlson Medalist stock. I've sanded the barrel channel to accept the heavier barrel, now I need to bed it. What do think is the best way to bed a stock with the aluminum block? Also any further suggestions would be appreciated.
