Bedding for 33" bull barrel, 1.5" diam.

Hello, I assure you this is a serious message although it may seem extreme. I have discovered and have purchased a Pence made, Otto fluted, unchambered .338 barrel, 33 inches long and a full once and a half in diameter. The barrel, fluted weighs more than 12 pounds, and was a spare for a Colorado rancher who shot a large amount of Elk on his ranch.
From my LR competition days a barrel bedding block is clearly indicated for a barrel this massive. I have a stock clearly designed for long range benchrest shooting which I am told is a Master Class stock to be used for this project and am trying to locate a bedding block for such a barrel this large. I remember seeing blocks that were massive and also blocks that were bolted together, and neither type worked as well as shorter, one piece blocks made by a BR gunsmith named Beginski.
Due to this large diameter barrel, I would appreciate serious insights into the proper size and location on the barrel for such a heavy weapon . A friend of mine had a 338 Lapua Improved and shot a witnessed .1 group with that rifle and 300 Bergers. That rifle weighed 47 pounds and I was dumb enough to carry it to the benchrest ONCE.

I have purchased a bull barrel, 1.5 diameter, unchambered .338 and 33 inches long , 1-10, and fluted. I intend on using this for hunting at longer distances here in the Rockies with these damnable winds to contend with. Have never had a barrel this huge, have a long range benchrest stock I own called a Master Class and will now be using that for this rifle to be using this from prone.
Believing I would be needing a bedding block for this barrel I checked the Two mile competitions and saw no bedding blocks, which amazed me. I need to discover the information on how these longbarreled weapons are presently bedded for long range accuracy. This is not another project for me and I wish to do this right the first time!

In ELR generally 1.4-2” actions are used and stiff enough for the big barrels.
The rifle I’m slowly putting together is a 36” 375 with a 1.35 shank into a 1.6 diameter action.

A barrel that big on a regular Remington or clone is a candidate for a barrel block and hang the action.

About the biggest I’d run on a regular action is a 32” MTU which is what I run on my 338 edge quite happily
