Becoming a new member

I have a fellow shooter trying to become a member and upgrade his membership.
He couldn't figure it out and I can't seem to find a way either.

Forum Boss: Registration will be re-activated Monday morning. And after registering, the account requires Admin approval.

After approval your friend can then do an upgrade.

To upgrade Membership, click on the Yellow button "Upgrade Membership"

There are also 7 tabs across the top of the forum, click on Donations , then go to the Upgrade Page. NOTE: A donation is NOT the same as an Upgrade.
