BC info on 6.5 130 AR Hybrids

Have some of these coming to try in 6.5x47. Wondering if any testing has been done yet to determine true BC, and how much difference is being seen over the 130 VLD? Thanks

These are in our Custom Library. The information can be found on Page 123 of Ballistic Performance of Rifle Bullets.

I took a quick look for you. These are the averages from 3000 to 1500 FPS. The BC is higher by .008 on the Average G7 BC, and the Variation individually decreased by .003 in the G7 BC, both numbers favoring the 130 AR Hybrid over the 130 VLD in .264.

Thank you. A consistency gain is something that I'd hoped from them over the 130 VLD. Hopefully I can get them to shoot like the VLD's without quite the extra work. I'll try some untouched and may try some pointed. Thanks again for the info.

Have a bucket of 500, mostly will be used in a Grendel AR, Bolt action Grendel and might try them in a 6.5-284. I say might because it shoots the 140's better than I can.

The 62.8gr charge of H-1000 gave the best group.. I plan on tinkering with it a bit more, I know I can get it to tighten up since this rifle shoots the 140 hybrids in the .1's. If I can find the time tomorrow, I'll get the chrono results posted.

The barrel pickep up speed & I had to back off my charge.. 59.1gr of H-1000 & the 130 hybrids do the trick in this 6.5 SAUM.
