That's ok. While I haven't had my Savage 338 out since my scope ring malfunction, I still have it and still read here a lot.

Barnes ballistic research. Lapua made it for them midway just sold a bunch awhile back.Hope someone very knowledgeable will chime in here and school me. Is this barnes ballistic research. I can find nothing pertaining to this brass. It is actually bbr-13 338 lapua mag head stamp. Found some once fired at a decent deal and it is claimed to be Lapua made. Thanks guys. I found the image on the net but no real info.
Lapua made the BBR-13 .338 Lapua Magnum brass for Barnes back in 2013 as part of the Army’s Precision Sniper Rifle program. I thought BBR stood for Barnes Bullets Remington, but I’ve been wrong before.
