I own two both with fine X-hair reticles, but sadly neither one has the target dot.

Lot of bang for your buck in these scopes. I do not know if Bushnell will service these scopes anymore tho if you have a need for service as they were the 4200 Elite under their banner. While this is a old scope and may not be European quality--Swarski- It is good enough for me. I have many of these scopes as I can not afford to buy Leupold all the time, they have a great warranty--Life need i say more repair or replace with comparable model of Leupold scope.My favorite scope for me is the VX2 6-18 AO model.
