Barrel Tuners - Do They Really Work?

Hi Guys
I ran across an article about Barrel Tuners, and if its really didn't tell me if they are an accurate piece of gear?
Can any you guys tell me if you have one on your rifle?
Have will it attach to my CZ 452 rifle?
Any and all info about this gear will be greatly appreciated.

They do work
I have them on all my bench rifles

They absolutely do work and are way beyond being simply a theory or a novelty.

I dont think you will ever seen some one claim tuners don't work. On a rimfire they are a must, they have been for decades.
