This might me a pretty basic question, but i was wondering if there was anything special i needed to do to the barrel threads before i screw on a different barrel? Seems to me i heard not to use something on them. I dont remember what that something was. I was just going to put a little bolt grease on the threads before i screw a different barrel on my action. Would that be ok? Pro-Gold superior firearms Lubrication is what i have to use. It is just a tacky bolt lube. I just dont want to put the wrong thing on them and have trouble later down the road. Thanks Lee

I hope you have the barrel fitted {headspaced}
If so never sieze will work.

You really need it on stainless to stainless or your threads may gaull
