Barrel problems 20P

I have a 20P barrel that is giving me fits. 20-30 shots and the throat carbons to the point bullets stick or get pushed back into the case. I've tried changing powder, bullets etc, with no luck. I'm thinking about renting a throater and seeing if the throat might be a little snug. I've had the barrel a few years.

Your thoughts.

Whats your load? Powder?
Some powders burn really dirty running them slow.
I cant imagine carbon building up that bad without copper.
A throater isn't gonna do anything for throat dia, I run mine zero freebore with no issues

This area fouling is 1.brass short in chamber( run brass within 0.005 of chamber length).2. Metallics, plastic left in case while loading 3. Need a cleaner burning powder 4. High pressure loads.IMG_20251019_083609822_HDR.jpg

Loads are 2230.and 748 under 40gr NBT and 39gr Speer, Rem 7 1/2 primer. Running my brass long to nearly fill the neck. I have a little carbine in 20P that shoots itty-bitty groups all day with no problems. The carbine barrel is a Criterion from Northland and the one that has me stumped is an X-calliber.

What speed in the problem barrel? I shoot alot of 2230 in my 20P and easily shoot 200 rounds before cleaning.
Who chambered it?
Whos reamer?
Have you looked at the throat area with a borescope after its cleaned?

I run them near max. The bore.scope.shows.me.the.problem but not.the.solution. I clean the throat to.bare.metal.as.soon as it.starts.acting up. I have felt pads that is soak.in carbon remover and soften the carbon and spin a.bronze.brush to remove.
