Barrel life

If the target is an NRA MR-1FC as shown on the screen shot it is a 6 in. 10 ring and a 9 in. 9 ring. Looks like your still ok on that target but far away from what would be needed for a regular IBS 600 yd benchrest target or at a ground hog match at 500 yds with a 1 inch 10 ring. It's part of the quandary when discussing equipment. Different disciplines require different levels of equipment, That is why it's important to give full information when asking advice or discussing what works and what does not work.

Agree, especially on this forum with so many disciplines.
NRA MR1 target for highpower across the course and mid-range. 1 MOA X-ring.

I believe you're just past peak accuracy life.
That don't mean it won't shoot well enough for more,. but it's time to order another barrel.

As far as chasing lands -don't, and don't waste further tuning efforts with that barrel.
Just screw another on.

it might go 4K (know of a good shooter who's barrel went 5K), but it's probably in it's "golden years", rapids are hard on barrels, I look for a sharp decline in x count or off call shots (at 600) to tell me it's time.
I had never heard of the barrel maker until you suggested it. I have been very happy with it.
For now, no off call shots or decreased X count.
