Barrel friendly 6mm creedmoor powder

Has anyone tried out the new Bartlein Barrel (new steel)??? Does it live up to the claim of significantly improved barrel life?

Is there anything to some powders being "easier" on barrels? I recently built a 6mm creedmoor to start shooting in PRS matches and would like to extend the barrel life as much as possible. I have read many on this forum state that RL17 is giving shorter barrel life. What powder, if any, will increase the barrel life? The first and only load I have shot so far is H4350 and the coated 115 RBT DTAC. Shoots fine but wondering if another powder would increase the barrel life.
H4831sc is an excellent powder for the 243 w/115s. Gotta believe it'll be a great option for the 6CM as well.

Run what works but step down to a lower node. I shoot with a lot of guys that seem to think if it's not blistering fast then it won't shoot,... BS to that. I have found many great loads for nearly all my rifles that shoot really well at a lower node without shortening barrel life. No need to cook the barrel to get the job done.

I also shoot the lower nodes. I definitely want longer brass life with these component shortages.

The 6 CM is for going faster than the 6 BR series cases. If you want to go 2800 stick with them. I bought my barrel with a 1-7 twist to shoot the 115s. The 115 Berger VLD over 39.2 of H4350 is doing 3015 out of a Shilen 28". Last time out I shot three three shot groups of .178, .279 and .556 @ 100. No pressure signs with this load. A couple tenths more and the groups opened up.
