Use inside calipers to measure groove diameter at the muzzle then tell us the measurement. That'll put us in the caliber ballpark.
Do the same on the bolt face shroud diameter to lead us into the case head size field in that ballpark.
Example: .285" groove and .480" bolt shroud can mean a 7x57 Mauser or 7-08 Remington chamber.
