For sale are two Barnard Barrelled Actions in 6.5-.284 and 6X47 Lapua, as well as a Master Class Stock.
6.5-.284: Barnard Model P actions has right bolt, right port, 2 stage BM trigger, .308 bolt face and MT Guns 9" picatinny 24 MOA scope rail. The bolt has the Sako style extractor and does not haven an ejector. Barrel is a 1:8.5" Kreiger #17 HV (31") SS, 4 groove. The barrel has had 845 rds. fired through it and shows light alligator skin checking in the first few inches. The chamber and the origin of the lands looks good. Only moly bullets have been shot in this barrel. An MT Guns bore guide is included. Weight of the barreled action is appr. 8.25 lbs.
6-47 Lapua: Barnard Model P action has right bolt, right port, 2 stage BM trigger, .308 bolt face and MT Guns 9" Picatinny 24" MOA rail. This barrel has had 619 rds. fired through it and shows negligible alligator skin checking in the first few inches. The chamber and the origin of the lands looks very good. Only moly bullets have been fired in this barrel, as well. The Chamber was cut with the first use of a new PT&G reamer. This reamer has a 0.270 neck, therefore brass made from 6.5X47 Lapua brass needs to be neck turned. If a no turn neck is desired, the neck can be opened up using a standard reamer. An MT Guns bore guide is included. Weight of the barreled action is appr. 8.25 lbs.
Stock: This is a Master Class F-Class, right hand, laminated Apache Gold stock. It features adjustable cheek piece, 3 way adjustable butt plate assembly, vented forearm, 3" wide flat forearm. This stock is bedded with Devcon bedding compound and the MT Guns aluminum Vee Bedding Block plus pillars for the action screws. The trigger guard is stainless steel. All inletting, bedding and accessories were done and/or installed by Alex Sitman of Master Gun Stocks. Weight of the stock assembly w/o barreled action is appr. 7.0 lbs.
