Bank of America

McMillan Fiberglass Stocks, McMillan Firearms Manufacturing, McMillan Group International have been collectively banking with Bank of America for 12 years. Today Mr. Ray Fox, Senior Vice President, Marlet Manager, Business Banking, Global Commercial Banking came to my office. He scheduled the meeting as an “account analysis” meeting in order to evaluate the two lines of credit we have with them.... He spent 5 minutes talking about how McMillan has changed in the last 5 years and have become more of a firearms manufacturer than a supplier of accessories.
At this point I interrupted him and asked “Can I possibly save you some time so that you don’t waste your breath? What you are going to tell me is that because we are in the firearms manufacturing business you no longer want my business.”
“That is correct” he says.
I replied “That is okay, we will move our accounts as soon as possible. We can find a 2nd Amendment friendly bank that will be glad to have our business. You won’t mind if I tell the NRA, SCI and everyone one I know that BofA is not firearms industry friendly?”
“You have to do what you must” he said.
“So you are telling me this is a politically motivated decision, is that right?”
Mr Fox confirmed that it was. At which point I told him that the meeting was over and there was nothing let for him to say.
I think it is import for all Americans who believe in and support our 2nd amendment right to keep and bare arms should know when a business does not support these rights. What you do with that knowledge is up to you. When I don’t agree with a business’ political position I can not in good conscience support them. We will soon no longer be accepting Bank of America credit cards as payment for our products.

Well done! But all of us telling them Well Done is not enough. We need to copy this message and send it to every person you know, whether they are 2nd Amendment friendly or not, SEND IT! This is our fight folks and we better be in this fight or we will be doomed, it is REAL.

I had no idea BOA was like that?
Why don,t they post "No firearms allowed" on there doors?
I am going to switch also, any body know of a nation wide bank that is gun friendly?
John H.

I just used the BofA chat to get some answers and voice my displeasure. Was a waste of time. I'll have to make a visit tomorrow.

Good for you and every one that has a gun should pass this along and i will never do any business with them and will certainly tell any one who will listen!! RW

Mr. McMillan,
I had problems with Bank Of America a few years ago and moved on,...not gun related but I am a strong believer in practicing what you preach and not being a hypocrite, I try to spend my money with locally owned conservative based businesses, I don't shop at Target, WallMart, Wallgreens, Sears, etc etc. etc. because I don't believe in there politics, anti American ways, or status on sexual orientation, I preach conservative ways and try to act accordingly. I buy about 50/50 between HS Precision and McMillan Stocks, no particular reason that's just how it has worked out, I will be buying just about 100% of my stocks from you in the future, I don't buy that many, 4 or 5 a year but you will be the supplier for however many needed as I admire and respect your not caving in to there wants and standing up for what you believe in, your a man with principles. GOD Bless you , your family and your business, I hope you thrive and prosper.
Sincerely,...
Wayne A Bezona.

P.S,..In the future I will except no checks written on BOA paper or anything they may have there hands in either.

I've confirmed that the report above is valid, and the statements regarding BofA were, in fact, published today by McMillan on its Facebook page. You can see a summary in the Daily Bulletin:

BofA should be history with all gun owners and manfs. As mentioned earlier we better be in this for the long haul cause our trip is long and winding. WE have to stick together on this one guys.

Thank's Paul for getting this into the daily bulletin as Billmo and a couple others stated we have to stick together on this one and get the word out,...boycott BOA

I never had any use for BOA anyway. >:(

If you are transferring cash to someone's account in California, from out of state, they ( in Calif. ) cannot access that cash until the next day even if the X Fer takes place early in the day.

Also while talking to a Mortgage Broker friend of mine the other day, it came up in the conversation that BOA is currently the Largest Real Estate holder in the U.S.

Anyone still doing business with BankofArrogance is either not paying attention or a fool. And not for just this latest insult to their clients.

Put your checking and savings in a local Credit Union.

I am glad to be aware. Stopped buying and wearing Levi Jeans several years ago when I discovered that they supported the "anti-gun" groups. Been with B of A for 50 years both business and personal. Not because I particularly liked their service..just convenient for me. It is time for me to "walk" my B of A accounts wearing my no-name jeans to USAA. I realize that I am "small potatoes" to Bank of America, but if we multiply by hundreds of thousands...it will make a point. Please spread the word and ACT! --Jim

Not accepting any payments from my customers with checks on BOA from here forth. They will just have to pay with another account or pay with another method. We got to stand tough on this issue. We can make an example of this Bank if we all stand together. Personally, i'd like to see them shut down and put out of business forever and after just reading the bulletin that may not be hard to accomplish. Cancel all your accounts and don't accept their checks guys. Tell everybody you possibly can about these stooges. They don't deserve to be in business with civilized folks.
SHUT THEM DOWN.
