Hey Immike,

What material is the plate behind the swingers and is the plate on about 45 degrees?

1/4” plate nothing special on steeper angle @53 degrees. 36H x48L x60 profile and 60” wide. I’m shooting from slightly elevated so putting a few inches of sand underneath for seeing misses. This is only for pistols and 22’s so I’m just trying to keep my neighbors from any worries or complaints. Those are Field & Cave targets bought from our site sponsor Travis.

Mine is built from AR500 with a 13x28 opening that holds 3/4" plywood target holder, holds 3pcs 8 1/2"x11 Targets. I kind of copied Savages design and made a small/mobile bullet trap.

No, this is MUCH nicer! I wish I could shoot off my deck or out a window but the neighbors wouldn't appreciate it much. How far are your targets?

I set the Bullet trap at 100 yds and my 300 yd has a dirt pile . I built a 10'x12' shooting shanty for shooting during the winter months, W. PA weather gets pretty crappy.
