Sorry to hear. Good luck with your recovery! I got some epidurals in mine a lower spine a few weeks ago. Lower back pain is the worst. Glad you're up and moving around though!

Sorry you are going thru the pain and agony of back issues. Mine is beginning to act a little crazy but I'm trying to favor it as much as possible these days. Hope your recovery is speedy and you are back to normal very soon. We got a few more builds in the pipeline.

Yea, I guess I was pushing kind of hard with back to back stuff. Have to ease up a little and let him catch his breath.

I had the same done in april 2018 along with some hip bone and pins added as well.
My neuro drilled in to me that it takes 12 months for max bone strength, no lifting over 25 lbs.
I followed his advice and have had zero problems ever since, good luck.

I wasn’t aware that you were having all these issues, you have to remember when your in your twilight you need to take it a little easier. Take care of yourself and hope you recover quickly

To all of you men under age 50, be aware. . . you can easily pop a disc and pinch a nerve just picking up a tissue off the floor wrongly. As you get older, those discs solidify and won't be subject to herniation (popping) and. . . you get shorter as they solidify and shrink.

I had surgery in 2002 and by 2003 I ruptured another disc but it snapped off and the symptoms went away after a year. Now they took me off pain killers and I am in agony daily so I too feel your pain. I wish you the best and Prayers that God heals your body.

Zack, Sorry to hear. Like others have said, take it easy until you have recovered.
I returned to work sooner than I should have after heart surgery back in 04 and I regretted that I did.

Walk walk walk walk walk. Don't stand for too long, and don't sit for too long. You will be surprised at how fast you will get better if you just keep walking. I hate to say it, but leaning over a lathe is about like doing dishes at the sink, it will hurt your back more than you think. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. Tough guys have the hardest time getting better from back surgery because they do too much too soon. Take time to heal, don't rush it for work, and I hope you feel better soon.

I just had my 9th fusion, so I have a bit of experience in this department.

A good muzzle brake is a spines best friend.

Well if being anything more than poor & retired is required then I've been out from the word go. LOL.
