I believe I heard Adam say that at this time he had no plans for the V4 for a Sartorious right now, he said it would need a whole new design and didn't feel it would bring anything to the table over the A&D. He said it wasn't as simple to convert as the V2 and V3 was, a lot had to do with how far the powder has to drop on the Sartorious scale. Is the V4 available for both the a&d & Sartorious entris 64 ballance.
Thanks for info.I believe I heard Adam say that at this time he had no plans for the V4 for a Sartorious right now, he said it would need a whole new design and didn't feel it would bring anything to the table over the A&D. I was just looking back through the info on V4, I might have overlooked it but do we get a powder cup with this?
Yes, a glass powder cup is included. As is a rigid, Plexiglas-style lid over the scale, similar to the Area 401 item.
Circuit board in housed within the body of the V4. Nothing will go into the A&D now. The V4 has a single connection to the 9 pin RS-232 connector on the A&D.Must have a new circuit board too? New app to install too?
That's very kind of you to say.We all know what "F-Class John" means, of course. But it could just as easily mean "first class." Love your channel.
I two checked with adam on a V4 for my sartorius CPA324s, and he said the problem was with the timing of the powder dropping. I thought about shortening the glass panels to solve that problem, but in the end I love my V3 and how well it works. Yes the V4 is a bit more convenient, but still Ill stick with my sartorius for accuracy over the A&D. oh how did you solve the top glass holder. I cut a piece of polycarbonate to fit, and it works perfectly. No, I believe it is currently only available for the A & D at this point.
Yes it did. Thank you.thanks John, look forward to functional test
that main housing spent alot of time on the CNC mill. looks nice but dang
Thank you. Yeah one of my viewers actually mentioned the same thing so I'm going to try it.I know it’s not important, but it seems to me that one could notch the dust cover for those little pads.
