Auto charge powder dispensers

I am looking at getting an electronic powder dispenser/scale. I was looking at the RCBS chargemaster link or the Hornady auto charge pro.
Anyone have either of these, if so pros, cons, problems, thoughts.
Thanks,
Dave

First let me ask if you are comfortable with an average charge variation of +/- 0.05 grains? The measures you are talking about are capable of this level of loading. If that is too much variation then you will need to look at higher level equipment.

As of right now all of my reloading is for hunting. I have one benchrest rifle but I have a whole setup to load for that. All that being said for what I am doing I can live with that varience.
Thanks for the input!

My Chargemaster handles those powders well. I use the McDonalds straw mod and it's helped with clumping.

I use my Frankford Arsenal Intellidropper quite a bit. I haven't tested it for accuracy. I don't have a sparker tuned balance beam scale and I've never taken my FX 120i out of the box (yet). I purchased the Intellidropper after watching unbiased videos by shooter's that do have all 3 testing the accuracy of it. It is definitely and easily accurate enough for banging steel and my loads testing on paper have held for distance to 325 yards. Under 0.35moa.

I used one for a long time. For the money they're hard to beat. They have some quirks that you'll figure out quick enough. It was good enough to earn me f-class high master.

If my load was 44 grains, it will drop somewhere between 43.9 and 44.1 - When I got serious with it I started only taking charges that land on 43.9 and 44.0 - if it was 44.1 I'd pour it back in the reservoir.

I use a chargemaster supreme. I’ve run ball powders and stick (H4350,H4831,IMR 7828) with no issues. No straw modifications necessary.

Just by chance, I caught this YT video where he reviews several of the currently available models.

I don't have the ones he shows here, so no personal opinion on this good or bad. YMMV

My Hornady Auto Charge has worked just fine, for me for over three years now. A friend has the RCBS model and it has worked for him.

I have two of the older model ChargeMaster and they have been workhorses, but I also have to say what he said about the failures in his review are true and not rare. I know I have just been lucky.
