I'm past the point of questioning what he says...he says whatever he thinks he needs to at the moment!
As far as the ATF stockpiling data, this is OLD news! The visible or invisible Government is stockpiling everything possible on every person here, citizen or not! For citizens, we are followed everywhere! Has been that way for generations, however with the new technologies, they can do more with less people; get more of your info, & stockpile it in the mountain in West Virginia for immediate retrieval!

"The FBI conducted 1,795,102 firearm background checks through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) in September 2015". That was for ONE month is late 2015. So, out of a two year period 10,000 names didn't get removed? AND remember that they do NOT have to remove any names if the weapon is discovered to have been used in the commission of a crime.

No sir, but I do believe they'll get um plenty tangled up and convoluted. Might even put the wrong dude on the no-fly list from time to time or cause someone that's clean to wash out on a background check somewhere but don't sweat it; after filing an application, along with a fee, I believe, and spending plenty of your own time to deal with their mistake, you are always welcome to prove your innocence.

Would this be the same government that screwed up Social Security, Health Care and just about anything else they touch? I used to laugh when someone would say..the guberment is listening to all our calls. Which means that if there are 330 million people, half have a call a day, well then we would need about 75 million people sitting in a room somewhere with headsets on their heads.

When has The Law stopped Obama or the Clintons? Bill was impeached, but not removed from office! Hillary, on the other hand, has done so much that has broken laws & regulations that even the FBI can't get her indicted! This country is in a bad way! If the national elections go wrong, we haven't seen anything, yet!

Do any of you REALLY think you're NOT on a list?? You got a drivers license? Own a car? Have a Bank account? Own a home? Pay taxes? Use an ATM? Got credit cards?
Don't pay a bill connected to City, County or State and see how fast they get their $$ and from which account they get it from?
There is more information out there about YOU (and yours) than you could EVER imagine.
And there isn't JACK you can do about it!! And, they'll get their $$ one way or another.

And then there's social media! So many think its cute to put their lives out there for all to see! Also, all their information! We(collectively) have raised several generations of functioning(?) idiots who follow the Pied Piper wherever they are led!
