Without Federal funds and the vast amount of Federal jobs in TX, you would quickly, once again, be a part of Mexico.
Are you implying that the Federal Government actually gives more than it takes?

It's only August, shut off the TV and radio for the next 3 months, on the eve before the erection read through an unbiased, non-partisan Voter Guide such as put out by the league of Women Voters and base your vote on substance ...NOT emotion. Some of you guy's are unbelievably gullable...like sheep.I will vote for Hillary. Donald Trump is not qualified to hold any public office, and is plainly nuts. Barlow

Using the "one-drop" rule in America, Obama is considered black. His father, born in Kenya, was of African heritage. His mother, born in Kansas, an American (white) of English and Irish ancestry. The first black president? Do we REALLY have a black president?? Just because his skin color is darker than mine doesn't make him a BLACK president. And the only reason he got elected in the first place and then re elected, was because of the color of his skin. Sure as hell wasn't from his vast experience. The FIX was in a loong time ago.
Now, if you really want a BLACK president, you need someone like The Reverend Al Sharpton. You know, the skinny little runt with the head like a bastard cat? There's your Black president. Already a frequent visitor to the White House, owes taxes up the kazoo, hasn't been and probably never will be touched (Obama's good buddy)and will fit right in with the political establishment.

Not at all. But without those Federal funds and Federal jobs, bye-bye.Are you implying that the Federal Government actually gives more than it takes?
Morning Guys and Gals,
I can honestly say, that after reading the many comments about Hillary and Donald and who to vote for, I believe this coming election will prove to be the most divisive and dividing, than even the first election of Barack Obama. He of course proved to be inept to say the least, yet handily divided this country on several fronts. But as for the present choices, IMHO they both SUCK and are next to worthless! And the scariest part is that we've heard if Hillary wins, it'll merely be the third term of Obama. And if Donald wins (which I seriously doubt) who knows what he'll do or say. I haven't been intoxicated in more than 45 yrs. But I just may have to go find Jim Beam and consume a few stiff ones before pulling the lever and so I can't remember which IDIOT I voted for. Better yet the list is endless for potential write ins...ie. Mickey Mouse, The Lone Ranger, Tonto or whatever may come to a seriously intoxicated mind. Hell I may even write in one of you guys.
Alex
There it is. Well said! I like the way you think. I'll start right here and now as your campaign manager. Alex for President!

Sorry...Ray's links...your statement. Claiming "Obama authorized it" means something very specific and very different from "They really don't want to delete the entries, so they just didn't get around to it until someone found out they were there"...VERY different. Your completely unsupported statement implies specific intention on Obama's part and is simply your attempt to fan the flames. I don't care for this administration any more than most, but putting out false information is a piss poor way to go about it.
The two Republican presidential candidates, Jeb Bush and John Kasich, I would have voted for have been defeated and are no longer an option. I have watched the Trump campaign for roughly 14 months now. I am not willing to follow the 10 percent of registered voters that supported Trump down their rabbit hole. The racism, bigotry and just plain ugliness of the Trump campaign is not something I can condone. The Supreme Court appointments are just not enough. With a Trump presidency I fear it might not matter. This is about my vision on what it means to be an American over party affiliation.
In my opinion Trump is not only temperamental unfit, but unfit in every way possible, just too numerous to list. This is not a difficult decision for me. I will do what I can to try to stop Trump from becoming President. I am voting my conscience. I am voting for Hillary Clinton. Ray
