For argument sake let's say you are right, you get your wish. Indict Hillary today, trial tomorrow and incarcerate the day after. Tim Cain becomes the candidate. Cain would easily beat Trump, who can't win a general election due to the demographics. This election is a referendum on Trump in which case he looses.
I personally could care less about the emails..just beat Trump end of story. Trump is so disliked among minority groups they would vote against him even if their candidate ran for office from a jail cell. Ray

And there is the ENTIRE story in a nutshell. The liberals outnumber the conservatives for a variety of reasons and Trump goes out of his way to alienate even some Independents, not to mention the Republicans who'll be voting to Clinton. I still cannot understand why the Republican Party has not been able to find a candidate who is not as toxic as Trump. And I do understand the problems with "Millennials", but all they see is freebies and also hate Trump. Simple math applies here and like I said before, the Clintons have been getting away with crap forever. In a mostly liberal world these days, there is not enough resistance to believe it'll stop anytime soon.

Maybe a dumb question for you but do you and others really just want to destroy the Constitution of the U.S.? and if so why...what is it that you dislike? and what system would you replace it with? What we have now is a fierce battle going on for either the destruction or preservation of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. What we are in and headed for more and more each day in my view is an oligarchy ...... control of the masses by a few elite wealthy for the benefit of the few elite wealthy. The last time we had any form of democratic republic was in the Greek empire some hundreds of years before Christ. It might take awhile to get another.
Please keep in mind that whatever your individual status is right now, including your free right to express yourself here and elsewhere and all of the other freedoms that are outlined in the Constitution but quickly eroding away, could easily disappear and be replaced by what better in your view? But keep in mind also that whatever you think or want as an individual will be absolutely meaningless to the powers above you should that time come without a Constitution as we have now.
To me it is not Hillary personally or Donald personally that matter at all. It's what I perceive as what type of principles they stand for and promote. Hillary has a pretty clear track record of ignoring the Constitution and the laws of the land...do you disagree? With Donald not so much or at least we don't know which is the lesser of evils. Please enlighten us with honest proposal.

Exactly. Voting for Hillary is like selling your soul to the devel, there's a 100% chance of sending the country straight to hell. The Donald, well who knows. At least there's a chance he'll do some good. A 100% chance or a 50%-50% chance. Both suck but one set of odds is 50% better than the other. I'll take the better odds any day.

Trump "promised" it. That goes well beyond simply making a statement. And when that amendment goes, the others will mean nothing. If you cherish your freedom and don't want to witness the United States being fluted down the toilet, pencil-in the politician of your choice, rather than selecting from the menu. I would like to agree with your proposal and admire your optimism BUT I have to live in REALITY. Whether you or I or anyone else likes it, we live in a 2 party system at the moment and the media proves it. Would I or many others like to see other viable choices??? Absolutely! But the SYSTEM IS WHAT IT IS.....NOT what I would wish it to be. Perhaps therein lies the problem.....Some of us live in reality, others live in fantasy....I would like to live there too but it doesn't work for me. Thanks for your honest reply.
