It's absolutely criminal on what the ATF is doing.

After years of solvent traps being legal to make into suppressors with an approved Form 1, ATF has now illegally changed the definition of suppressor parts, and has now all but shut down the solvent trap industry.

The claim that if you intend on making a suppressor with those parts, they now consider them suppressor parts, because of intent.

If you go to Home Depot, buy a length of pipe for a plumbing job, and cut off 8" to use to build a suppressor, it's now a suppressor part, despite having no other parts, and you are now in violation.

So they stand at your door, demanding to see a particular weapon, You bring the weapon to them. They shoot you dead because you are walking towards them holding a weapon. Oops.

I saw that video... It leaves me with a lot of questions. If they were there solely because they knew he bought something, shame on them.

But they sounded like they knew more... which... leaves more questions.

The way i seen it go down was to let them sell those parts for a while then storm in, confiscate the customer list, then go make housecalls. I figured about half the sellers were atf anyway

Yep. ..There were no federal gun laws before 1934....when there was real freedom and the government had nothing to fear from the free people, and weren't constantly trying to oppress them...In the good old days when you could pay $200 and your mail ordered 1927 Thompson machinegun no fingerprints, no background check, or paperwork needed. The Thompson would arrive in the mail, complete with drum mag...and noone knew and noone cared. And yes private citizens owned war ships outfitted with cannon to protect their shipping fleets from pirates. We had no navy early on I believe it was Jefferson who formed the US Navy and the Marines to free white American citizen slaves, captured and sold by pirates in North Africa...Shores of Tripoli to Halls of Montezuma, and leather necks, so the pirates couldn't cut a Marines throat with his cutlass.
Who needs a silencer? As the government calls it.

Anyone that does not believe the present government offices, in Washington DC and even some states and all their departments are not full communist members, sure has their heads buried in the sand.
