ATF Application Question

Hi All,
I need some help from someone that is in the know how. I am coming to Raton in Sept this year, and next. On the application form, it is required to state the make and model of the rifle. I shoot FTR. My rifle consists of a Broughton barrel, Barnard action, custom lam stock.
What should I put on the form? Our firearm licences are for the barrel, thus my licence says " Broughton , and the serial number. Would the ATF accecpt this at all?

as far as i know the make is where the serial # is,the action!that should be all you need .this,the action is the only part that has to be sent to a FFL holder,

Where are you comming from? The ATF registers the action and as stated above and is where the serial number is, in your case it would be the Barnard Model xx, SR# xxxxxx.

I don't get it? Do we have to tell the ATF if we go to a shoot?

Is true yes, I am coming from South Africa. Here we licence our barrels, unlike your actions. Thus my licence card would say my rifle is a Broughton, and nothing written about the Barnard. I have a feeling ATF aint gonna like that.

List both barrel and action. South African licensing peculiarities are somewhat known outside the veldt.
