As a shooter what ?'s should i ask my Optometrist?

Havent been to the eye doc in a decade, fearful this I will end up bespectacled!
What questions should I ask? Any types of glass's that dont play nice with rifle optics? ( like polarized glass and a smart phone screen).
Any other advice?

Considering the training each vocation requires... it,s like comparing an Olympic shooter to you and i.knowledge of things like cataracts,glacoma,stigmatisums to name a few..

I've spent thousands (different lens types on multiple frames) on cycling glasses with the parent company and the results were awesome. They even gave me free replacement lenses when one of my cycling buddies crashed in front of me and took me out. Faceplant at 30mph. Ouch!
