Ok thanks guysUse cyclops and get combo pack. Perk
OkI like them. Definitely good value for your $$$. I have 6. 4 SH4's and 2 EP5's.
Ok thanks guys good to know
They are a tremendous value. I tried the SH4, I was curious, it was better than I expected. It tracked accurately, everything work and held its zero. Eye box was a little touchy. The negatives for me was the weight, it’s heavy and it’s size, it’s big. I ended with 3 of those that I still have on some rimfire rifles, they were on a 7 Saum and 6.5 creedmoor. Are the Arken scopes any good ?
Ok thanks good information vet owned is a big deal too me .They are a tremendous value. I tried the SH4, I was curious, it was better than I expected. This year or late last year they offered a new lightweight model, the EPL4. I like these better. They are lighter, considerably lighter, slightly shorter too. They offer all the same features but are built with 30mm tubes instead of 34mm. If you’re after an Arken for hunting this makes a lot of sense. If you’re after one for shooting from the bench or something then maybe you want one of the bigger ones. Their top of the line is their EP5 series.
They are made in China but Arken is owned by Vets, guys trying to offer a tremendous value in long range optics and I think they’ve done a good job at doing just that. They aren’t top tier glass but they compete with scopes costing 2-3 times as much.
Ok thanksKochie, every Arken scope is FFP (front focal plane), and made in China.
Arken has been discussed recently. The search function will yield all kinds of helpful info.
Totally agree here. And the huge plus is we are supporting our Vets. Very happy with my decision to sell all my Leupolds and go with the EP-5.They are a tremendous value. Which do you prefer?I like them. Definitely good value for your $$$. I have 6. 4 SH4's and 2 EP5's.
Now that is funny. Might be ok on here, but on other sites, they would throw you off for “hate speech” saying that about Leupold! For the money they are hard to beat. Sold all my Leupolds and went with the EP-5 on all of my rifles.
LOL. No worries at all. Just telling the truth. Now that is funny. Might be ok on here, but on other sites, they would throw you off for “hate speech” saying that about Leupold!
