every scope manufacturer has a bad scope once in a while, like auto manufacturers have the occasional lemon. The question is how well do they stand behind their products. I haven’t heard anything bad about Arken‘s lifetime warranty.
I would pay $1000 for their EP if it was made in the USA....

I'm pretty much ready to cancel my order or wait till they ship it and sell it..
Yes the customer service is quite lacking, no update info unless you email them. When they respond they are kinda shitty in there attitude
