Super jealous of the CPS lite. I tried for 6 months to find a used one here to no avail......I have the full CPS but always thought the Lite would be a great fit for the press. Here is my set up. 6 Dasher/ 284/ 300WSM/ might armory de-primer/ Hover pointing die/ CPS lite priming tool. I have been running a Redding T7 for years and when I decided to try the Zero, I was expecting some improvement but not a lot. Boy was I WRONG!!!Has anyone here used the Area 419 ZERO press? Looks pretty stout and well-built.
Nice set up. Ive switched to the SAC modular dies (waiting on the 6.5x47 to come in this week) but you can see my Whidden click dies in the background. Ive sold a bunch of old dies, those whidden dies are never going away for me. I love the click adjustment and the fact that they are short so there is never an issue sizing anything.mine
I’m curious, does it come with die lock rings, does it require special shell holders, what all does a guy need to go with it that is proprietary and what is the out the door cost delivered? I wouldn’t need an inline fabrication mount. ThanksJust received mine Monday. Here's the setup. I echo the comments from both TylerFromMS and Wpgk.
The best thing so far about this system, the die rings. I absolutely love the die ring design. No more allen screws, etc. Easy to adjust, lock 'em down with the included wrench, done.
It does not come with lock rings. You can buy theirs or use your own. The shell holder is a standard Redding, Hornady type like on other presses. Also no need for a mount. The plate that comes with it is very sturdy.I’m curious, does it come with die lock rings, does it require special shell holders, what all does a guy need to go with it that is proprietary and what is the out the door cost delivered?
