ARA Factory class rule question

I have a question regarding ARA factory equipment rules- is it legal to swap a factory barrel for another factory barrel? Barrels on a CZ 457 are serial numbered to the action. I have sent the request to ARA but have had no reply.

They will respond, but I don’t think so. Has to be as it came from the factory.

Not allowed. Serial numbers must match on barrel and action. Even mentioning this will get the rules Nazis ALL bent and excited.

Rules on this are clear

8.4.1.4.8. Replacement of the following factory hardware is allowed: Bolt Knob, Butt Plate (see 8.4.1.4.5), Action Screws, load indicator, mag well, mag release, mag well cover.
