Anyone suppress their benchrest 6ppc/etc?

God has blessed me to be able to own enough property to have a 300 yd range but I also have neighbors and the suppressor keeps the noise down. Also it is really a joy to shoot!!
Oh yeah there is no need to get your panties in a wad, it’s my money!!
Well said Sir

I recently bought a vintage Weber 6ppc benchrest rifle. This rifle will not be used in any competitions, just shooting small groups for fun. In the last few years I've been using suppressors on most of my rifles. I will most likely thread the barrel and use a suppressor, just because I like shooting suppressed. Has anyone done this to their BR rifle and how did it affect accuracy?

Why on earth would you buy a dedicated BR rifle and then bend over backwards to f..k it up?
P.S. what benefit might you expect with a round going down the pipe at over 60,000 psi ?
I don’t need ear protection on the bench/pdog or coyote stand. And the guy next to me doesn’t either. Neighbors appreciate it too. Tuned with the can on I don’t see any loss in accuracy. A good T&K can wrap takes care of the mirage unless the action is PDog heavy.

Post #1 “ benchrest PPC” , didn’t strike me as confusing.
