Anyone make a good higher power pistol scope?

Looking for suggestions I bought on here this week a .22-250 single shot pistol. It has a weaver rifle scope on it thats ok but you have to lean in real close obviously.
I would like to know if there are any high power pistol scopes of good quality for the normal eye relief that would make shooting this more fun? Thanks PG

Have you shot it yet, PG? You can back off a little (so that only the center of the target is visible) after you have the target acquired if you are concerned about 'scope eye'.
You could also visit http://specialtypistols.infopop.cc/eve/forums . If anybody knows about high power long eye relief scopes, those guys should know.
And here is some interesting reading http://www.handgunhunt.com/promo/membership/features/readNewArticle.php?oid=12&title=Rifle%20Scopes%20On%20Specialty%20Handguns

Burris makes a nice 3x12 power pistol scope with lots of eye relief i can hold mine at arms length

I have a 2.5-8 Leupold on a .17hmr Annie pistol. Great scope but it seems like it's a rifle scope. To my eyes there seems to be a parallax issue when you get inside of 75 yds. I need something for groundhog/pest control sometimes at very close range so I am replacing it with a Burris 3-12 with AO. The Leupold will be for sale after I get the Burris & I will post it in the classifieds. Hog
