Anyone know who changes reticles Nikon scopes?

Hey guys,

A friend of nime has a Nikon Tactial 4-16x50 with the Nikoplex reticle. And he was wanting to know if there was anyone that can change the reticle on this scope. Its not the newer Monarch X scope but the actual Tactical model.

Any help would be great.
