Anyone in the Hendersonville NC area?

I may be getting a place there and I am wondering about gunsmiths, gun shops and ranges that locals would recommend. Nothing specific, but I would like to get to know what the locals reccomend! Thanks for your help!

What type of shooting do you engage in ?
There is Asheville gun club, and Polke County gun club nearby.
Ashville you have to be a member or invited by a member, rimfire and UBR.
Polke County, Fclass Hi power and UBR.
UBR is open to non members im not sure about the other 2.
Piedmont gun club IBS 600 yard and IBS score
Several other IBS score matches within a couple hours of there.

20PPC, I am not a competitive shooter. I like to bench rest shoot my heavy barrel sporters at 300-600 yards if possible, but I will settle for 100 yards if that is all I can get. I also shoot rimfire and military pistols and rifles at 100 yards most every week. Is the Polk club private and if so is it difficult to join? It would probably be the range nearest to me. Im about 45min away from Henderson. Local range here in Yancey county is getting set up to do 1000yds.

@DGP4 Polk County isn't difficult to get into but you do need 2 sponsors.
Best thing to do is to come out during a couple matches and meet some of the members, they are a great bunch.
