Anyone have or know how the Bald Eagle front rest F Class feet attach?

anyone have these F Class feet. I don't see how they attach to the rest. is this photo showing the bottom of them?

They screw on to the threaded legs. Either 3/8 or 1/2 legs.

I believe the spikes go into the ground and the tops should have an indent for the elevation screws to rest into.

Apparently I may be wrong. In the product description it does say it's threaded.
