Anybody dealt with Elkridge Reamer Rentals lately?

I had a problem with a pull through reamer from them and have had no luck getting hold of anyone there? Are they still in business?

Talked to someone there today about a shipment that had been delayed by the USPS, so yes, they're still there.

Care to share how you contacted them; I've tried the website contact page, both telephone numbers (toll free and toll), email, and instant messaging on a smart phone. They either don't get them or just ignore any that do get through.

I have been back and forth with them over the last couple weeks about a reamer and some gauges. Calling is hit or miss but usually after two or three times someone would pick up. I also sent a couple emails and received a response to one. That said, when I did get ahold of them, they were helpful and took care of me.

I used the (800) 996-0426 number. I could hear other calls coming in while I was talking to the guy.
