Any Rejected Payments to Powder Valley ???

My problem was the NEW PV security system rejecting my payment, while the bank was approving the payments. This is what helped me
In an effort to keep one buyer from making excess purchases, PV's new security system rejects any variations in billing address. I have an account with PV. I have a PO Box Listed for billing but a street address to ship to. After several conversations with the bank and the folks at PV I was told to change the Address in my billing section of my account from (PO Box 14971) to 14971
All my other info stayed the same. Then at check out I substituted 14971 for (PO Box 14971) again all my other info remained the same. Before I did this my payments were rejected by PV about 12 times. All these payments were approved by my bank and this is how I have $2400 tied up as pending. After this simple change I have placed two orders without incidence. Having said that I do have 5 pounds of N133 , 2 pounds of Ramshot & 2 Pounds of StaBall 6.5 headed my way at normal price. If I figured it out a day earlier I would have Blue Dot and R-26 ALSO.

I also change the filters at the top right of the page to include all products not just 12 . Then when I scroll down all I have to look for is out of stock. If not it is available. It takes only a couple of minutes to check every powder for availability. At this Link:

I also have PO box for billing and street address for shipping. Haven't had any problems with rejected payments....

I have been dealing with Powder Valley for years and have always had the PO Box billing addy with street shipping addy. Never an issue until 3-22-2021 and money still not released. Placed another order on 3-24-2021 also rejected. Called Powder Valley and was told to remove PO Box from address leaving only number (14917) Ordered again 3-24-2021 & 3-25-2021 both went through without issue. Never heard of this before and just wondering if it is only ME LOL

I don’t have a PO Box but I did have two rejected payments today. I tried to check out twice with my credit card and both were denied. Switched to my debit card and it went through first try. Both attempts showed up as pending on my credit card.

Thanks for the input. It rejected both of mine CC & Debit card. PV said the only thing that would cause it was difference in address. Said it had to be an exact match. Even down to capitalization or punctuation Example I was given PO would not work if billing address had P.O. or if it billing address was a street address Road would not work if it was RD.

Guessing some folks may have been ordering extra with small changes in address so computer wouldn't catch it. Thus exceeding set daily limits. Again just a GUESS

I know it sure is frustrating when you finally find powder, in stock, get it in your cart, check out and it gets rejected. I tied up well over $2000 this week (In Pending Funds) before I bought the first OUNCE of powder.

I have used two different addresses and haven’t had a problem yet, the last time I ordered from them was probably a month ago. If that is the case, it would put me in a tough spot because the usps does not deliver to my street address, and i sure cant ship powder to a P.O. Box
