Any reasonably priced bolt action kits for an AR-15?

Does anyone know if there are any reasonably priced bolt action kits for a 223 ar-15? I know ar-15's aren't designed to be competition target guns but for my needs it would be nice as a bolt action. Especially if i could swap it back and fourth easily. One big reason is I would like to reload for it but don't like the idea of blowing through cases with it in semi auto. Especially since i'm only target shooting not spraying cover fire for my buddy's. Thanks.

I found a company fulton armory. They have side cocking kits that would be nice. Can I use something like this and somehow bypass the gas system?

You could also get a new ejector spring that has less tention than what comes with the most current bolt heads.

This way the gun will finction normally but you wont be throwing brass ten feet, it will just drop out in a nice pile a couple feet away.
