Yep bottlenecks are allowed if they are 35 and up.If IA has straight-wall limitations, be aware that the .358 Win is still a bottleneck cartridge.
It's not JUST 35 and up. It's if you want to use a bottle necked cartridge it must be 35 and up. It's my understanding that you could use a 270 Ren for instance if you wanted (straight walled case). That being said my cousin that lives in Iowa is using his 375 Ruger Elk rifle.I don't understand the States reasoning for going .35 and up .
