This list is from the load data sheet on Warner tools website. It is a partial list and for their 121 flatline, so I would start low and work up with caution. I’m sure you could find a load that will work with h4350, but will it do what you want accuracy and velocity wise I have no idea. I’ve used Norma mpr, h1000, and rl26 with good results.H1000 would be a much better choice than H4350 but here is what I came up with Quickload for H4350 and the 156gr EOL

Probably, but why? H1000 is the holy grail in my 6.5 SAUM. 100% case fill and very low pressure will make for a little longer barrel life. Brass lasts forever. 4350, any of them, will run much higher pressures and temps to achieve the same thing with less case fill. No point in my experience. Shoot straight.Would Accurate 4350 work with 6.5 PRC? haow many grains?
My curiosity forces me to ask why you feel 3100+ is necessary. My grandson ended up using, N-565 and N-568 to get his, 6.5 PRC over 3,100 fps,.. w/ 140's.
Couldn't get Enough, StaBall HD in the case to achieve, 3,000 fps ( SADLY ! ) as We LIKEY them, Ball Powders !
StaBall 65 and Both of, the 4350's work FINE, in the Little, 6.5 Creed !
I Shoot LOTS of StaBall 65, in my 6 XC ( 95 gr + ) and 6.5 Creed with 130 gr M's and 143 gr., X Hornady's.
Yup,. I'm an ole' lazy, bastard and like, "Thrown Charges" whenever,.. "Possible" !
