I think its crap that almost every reply is trying totalk you out of what you initally wanted to do, This land is still labeled USA on a map so do what you want its your retirement

It has clearly been pointed out , if the links provided were followed, that you should only enter the custom loaded ammo business if you don't mind loosing money because of the licensing, insurance, special regulations and registration fees that are imposed to do this legally , and without risking all you have managed to accumulate throughout your life time. There is a legit reason why there are few custom loaded ammo services available and those that are can be quit expensive by most folks standards. A couple of local guys here started up a "reloaded ammo" business a few years ago using once fired brass. They lasted until their first ATFE inspection.
